Hello to the BP Community.

I am a long time lurker and first time poster.  My wife and I have accumulated a couple of buy and hold properties over the years in Sacramento and Irvine CA.  However, truth be told, it was more of a hobby than anything else.  We really didn't know anything about anything.

This has all changed since we both got hooked on BP. We are slowly learning the ropes and have a reignited passion for REI. We are excited to meet and network with other like-minded investors... oh and hopefully make a few more bucks while having fun :)
