Newb from Jacksonville FL

Hello BP community, I'm a mostly newb to RE investing, I spent a few years working in the REO management field and have gotten my RE license in FL. I have found a solid REI community here locally in Jacksonville FL and have had some luck with investment properties already. Looking forward to continuing to learn more now that I have a pro account on the forums as I have been reading for several months now. In a previous life time I spent a lot of time doing a great deal of business as a result of forums both learning and educating others. I look forward to hopefully being able to do the same here. Likely mostly learning for a while :-)

Welcome to BP.  Seems you have a wet appetite for the business and some good experience under your belt, and BP is definitely the best place to learn more in my opinion. chock full of training vids, forums to answer almost any question and not to mention the information packed pod casts. good luck in your investing adventures and again welcome.!
