Hello,

I'm excited to join the BP community from Encinitas, CA. My role is the "supportive spouse" of an aspiring real estate investor. I've been reading the BP book on Rental Property Investing and listening to podcasts and webinars to learn about this industry, and I must say, I'm thrilled that there's a huge consolidated body of knowledge and community all in one location to help us along our journey.  We reside in SoCal, but also have family ties to the Boston area, where we would also consider investing. Our primary focus thus far is to buy and hold rental properties, both single family or multi unit.

I look forward to learning from you all and eventually contributing to this great platform! If you're in the SoCal area and know of local resources for beginning investors, please let me know. We'd love to start engaging in the local market and soaking up as much info as possible.
