Hi all! I've been living in the Atlanta area for about two and a half years now. I originally moved here because I got a software development job at Google in their office here. Since then I've moved on to start a software development agency with a long-time colleague. Most of my time and effort is going into that right now but I have been interested in getting into real estate to diversify my income. Though I'm not new to investing and finance (it's probably an equal interest with software engineering) I am a total newb to real estate: I've only ever rented and own no property. So I have a lot of learn but excited to find such a welcoming community!
