Hello members. My name is Andrew Liu from Tustin, CA. I am a first time investor and I am interested in multi family properties. I would like to buy in my local area but prices are high compared to the properties I've seen in other cities that are out of state. My goal is to network, continue learning and analyze deals to find my first investment property.

I have a full time job in the transportation and logistics industry. In my free time I play tennis, go camping and spend time with wife and daughter. I am originally from Queens, NY and graduated from SUNY Binghamton.
