Hi everyone,

I am currently studying finance in college on my junior year. Real estate has always been my true passion. My goal is get started within the next 2 years in mainly flipping and rentals.

Now my question is, do you guys have any advice on how I can finance my first deal without much capital of my own.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hey, welcome to the site!

One option would be to "house-hack" and buy a fixer-upper that you can move into and fix up for a year or two and then sell for a profit. The FHA loan allows owner occupants to buy a home with 3.5% down and they only require you to live in the property for at least a year.

Just one way out of many...from one newbie to another haha
