Thank you all the great advices. I have been employed full time for 3 years in a pharmaceutical company. I am thinking of asking my mom to co-sign me for an FHA loan in order to guaranty loan approval. I live in North Jersey and plan on investing local. I have found a few apartment units around $90-100 grand and was thinking of building a rental portfolio.

Hi everyone,

I am currently studying finance in college on my junior year. Real estate has always been my true passion. My goal is get started within the next 2 years in mainly flipping and rentals.

Now my question is, do you guys have any advice on how I can finance my first deal without much capital of my own.

Any help would be much appreciated
