My name is Phil. I'm from New Orleans LA. I'm really interested in becoming a REI. I'm currently listening to the BP podcast and working on completing the path to purchase tutorial. I recently passed my national and state exams to become a real estate agent. I'm excited about getting to know people who are a part of the BP community and learning more about this industry.
