New Member introduction from Memphis, TN

Hi, my name is Jacob White and I am from Memphis, TN (parents currently living in Dyersburg, TN). I am currently in my 4th year of college about 3 hours away and plan to move back to Memphis next year when I finish school. I have been trying to get my parents into real estate investing in the last few months and we would like to find a realtor in Memphis who specializes in investment properties. Most likely we will be looking to start off in SFR but Multifamily is also an option. If anyone has any general information or tips about investing in Memphis it would be greatly appreciated. We have been looking at properties in the East Memphis area anywhere from $70k-$120k. Thanks in advance.
