I'm Jacquelyn from Baton Rouge. I am new to the forum and the website. I am looking to invest in real estate but I am still researching to find out which strategy is best for me. I am actually looking to buy my first home in hopes of eventually renting it out. My goal is to have financial freedom. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

Welcome @Jacquelyn Tucker ! Biggerpockets is a great place to get started in working towards financial freedom. Check out the podcast and the youtube channel. I have found them most useful. Also, I would highly recommend Scott Trench's book Set for Life. I'm from BR. Nice to see more people from LA on the forums.
