Newbie from Portland Maine
Good morning everyone! My name is Shuma and I came to the states from Egypt with my wife and my son, working as an accountant and things are going well realized that my strong why to have independent financial freedom is to see the development of my kid and hopefully my future kids. I have looking at multi family houses in towns near Portland Maine because I can't just quit my main resource of income and I realized that Lewiston is a great potential market as I wanted my strategy to be but hold and rent and rehab to upgrade rent. I wanted to reach out to everyone and say that this is the best website I have ever seen I learned a lot from the podcast, webinars, reading posts and most importantly reading books and I am still learning and wanted to take the step to my first owner occupant multi family house.
