Hi everyone. My name is Alex Vargas. I’m a real estate agent based out of nashville, Tn. Working all over middle tn. Im a licensed real estate agent (this year) and got into it by listening to bigger pockets podcasts and wanting to dive into the real estate industry. I have a fiery passion to learn the business and am willing to to do what it takes to make things happen! I want to do my first real estate move in the next 12 months. I’m just trying to figure out what the best move for myself is. Flip, buy and hold, multi family, foreclosure, SF...? I’m not sure honestly. Any insight would be great. I’m also looking for a mentor in the greater nashville area. I wanna find someone who is doing this and doing it well and soak it all in. I’ve always been taught if you want to slay giants get around giant slayers. I’m Doing my best to add value to others business and network with the best. I was born in Costa Rica and raised in Nashville been here 20+ years. Listening to bigger pockets made me realize exactly what I want to do as a career and that’s invest and be in the real estate business. I’m working with a great real estate team here and have already learned so much just in short time. Just a young 24yr old with lots of energy and curiosity to learn and make some goals become reality! Hi everyone!
