First Time Multi-family Home Buyer

Hello all,

I am a motivated young-male who is looking to purchase a first time multifamily home as my primary residence in the borough of Queens or Bronx, NY with FHA, in the next year or by end of 2019.

I currently work two jobs and only 2% of my incomes go to my expenses. I am not here to find how to get rich-quick nor do come with the mindset real estates is the platform, but am eager to learn the rope and will do anything( water boy, pick up office lunch) to win over a someone's valuable time.

If you are someone in the Queens, NY area and would not mind teaching a new-born fish how to swim would be greatly appreciated. :-)

Thanks, All

@Jean Joseph

While this is a highly competitive market it's still a great market. It's NYC. I bought my first 2 Family in December 2013 in the Bronx and do not regret it whatsoever. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
