@JD Martin you're absolutely right. Looks the same no changes needed on our ends and tenants. I have been hearing Apartment charges to list vacant rentals unlike Cozy. I hold only sfh as well

@Moran Eldar my llc is on the top of the lease btw tenant but you have to sign your personal name under landlord's or anyone acting on your behalf.
