New member from Delaware/ pro basketball player
hello everyone my name is Antonio Depina I am currently a professional basketball player in Europe who wants to start generating cash flow through rental properties. I like to start off doing a whole sale deal first. Does anyone have any pointers on getting the first wholesale deal? I am located in Delaware for the summer. How do I find a motivated seller? Driving for dollars? How do I find an attorney for closing? Do I need a real estate attorney to write up the contract to be able to market the home? Anything helps. I’d like to know the ins and outs in this business before I start purchasing my homes. Thank you
Also if anyone is in the Newark Delaware area I’d love to get lunch or talk about this in person. Looking for some guidance as I am only 23 years old.

@Rumen Mladenov is in Newark and has been at this game for a few years. I invest in buy and hold rentals in the city of Wilmington...starting to consider some flips outside the city or in prime city neighborhoods. @Eric Armstrong and @Shawn Kostoff do some wholesaling around NCC as well.
