What's up BP people?! I have been TERRIBLE at staying active in this community, so if you reached out and tried to colleague request me I apologize. Hopefully I'll get it right this time around!
Anyway, just a little bit about me: I'd consider myself an "intermediate level" wholesaler with ~40 deals under my belt. I am based out of Ormond Beach, FL and I work the Greater Daytona Beach area, all the way over to Orlando/Kissimmee and down into Brevard County as well.
I'm looking to expand my network through BP! I'm looking to meet fix & flip investors, buy & hold investors, and people willing to partner/lend private money on deals. I've been at this game for a while now, and I'm looking to start to build my portfolio as well as leave less money on the table by doing some fix & flip deals myself.
