I would suggest attending a Mobile Home University event. I went to one last year in Charleston, SC. Awesome info.

Some cool books on here! Ones that I haven't heard before. I'm reading Seven Years to Seven Figures right now. I'm 33 so I want to get to 7 figures/"retire" by 40

I just watched the bp episode on this where @David Greene said just keep in mind that you may be buying an eviction. So, as long as you factor that into your numbers you should be good!
