Eager to learn, excited to start
Hey everyone!
I am Jared from Smyrna, Delaware. I am currently in construction management and the wedding entertainment industry. I am very eager to learn and I’m excited to start this journey of real estate investing. I am in the education process but I hope to build some momentum soon and get things rolling. I am thankful to be a part of a platform such as BP.

Focusing on your education is a great place to start. Podcasts, webinars, books, forums, and blogs are the perfect entry point.
Connecting with a local group of REI minded folks is also good. You can find those groups on this site or with the Meet Up app.
I see you already invested in going PRO. One benefit (of many) is the unlimited use of the calculators. Learning and getting the math right will determine if you get a “good” deal. Practice, practice, practice!
