Newbie from South Jersey
Hi everyone! My name is Eric Luzier and I am an aspiring investor, located in southern New Jersey, about 10 minutes from Philly and 45 minutes from Atlantic City. I am 27 and recently married. I am currently employed as a Behavior Therapist and would like to venture into real estate, specifically small multifamily buy and hold investing. Currently, my husband and I have begun the process of talking to lenders and looking at properties. We have been living in a condo for three years that we bought as a foreclosure, so we have some equity and some additional cash saved up. We would love to sell our condo and enter the game by house hacking, but we are looking at all options. I am eager to connect with other investors through BiggerPockets! Anyone else from South Jersey or the Delaware Valley?

For South Jersey @Justin Eaton will post about a meetup about once a month. It's not a consistent night or location as we try to keep things fresh and have a variety of people to show up, but definitely set your keyword alerts so that you see when he posts them.
