Introducing myself to the family!
Hello! I just wanted to introduce myself to the BiggerPockets family. I have been listening to the podcast for about a year now and have read a few of the BiggerPockets books as well. I am a full time electrician working for the government while attending night school to finish up my NJ state electrical license and a part time NJ real estate agent on the side. I grew up in South Jersey and have returned to my home town after spending 10 years in Hawaii surfing, bartending and living the aloha dream. I love to travel and enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities. I am interested in investing in buy and hold rentals and looking to learn as much as possible in this industry. I am hoping to network with people who like to teach and can help get me on track to set myself up for a future of financial freedom. My long term goal is to survive and thrive off of enough passive income through real estate to allow myself to retire young and pursue my hobbies and dreams full time.
