Hi All!

I recently stumbled onto BiggerPockets while trying to learn a bit more about various real-estate investing strategies. The content has been great so far and I'm looking forward to contributing to the community. 

I'm interested in buy and hold rental properties and the site has already opened my eyes to some different flavors of this. Given prices in the Los Angeles area, where my wife and I currently live, I'm primarily interested in long-distance opportunities and have had some fun researching various options.

Outside of real estate, I recently transitioned to a role in corporate finance after spending a number of years working investment management with high-net worth families and individuals. I'm an avid reader, basketball player, and beach lounger! Looking forward to being a part of the community!
