Newbie currently residing in England

I'm a military spouse currently residing in England. I sold my first home in 2018 after owning it for 5 years. I had a tenant in it 3 out of the 5 years and the tenant decided to purchase the property. Despite being stressful, I managed the whole process myself while living out of state and learned a great deal. I'm here to learn as much as possible regarding the in's and out's of real estate investing and my goal is to make investing a source of income for myself and something to add to our portfolio.

Thank your spouse for their service. If you have not read it, I heard David Greene has a good book on out of state investing. Just listen to podcast and webinars. Wealth of information.
