Orange County Real Estate Investing

Hello everyone! I hope you all are staying safe & well during this crazy time. I've decided to take this time to work towards my dream of becoming a real estate investor. I currently live & was born & raised in Orange County, CA (specifically North OC). I'm currently working on my real estate agent license & spending my time looking at Zillow/Reddit for good deals & driving/walking around looking for abandoned homes. I do have investing/money available. I'm super interested in speaking to someone that has more knowledge than me & is willing to answer some questions I have. Thank you!

@Sarah Wilson welcome to BP in the OC.  I am in South Orange County and have been for over 40 years.  I always enjoy seeing young investors interested in Real Estate.  There is always someone to speak with about your future investments and goals here on BP and locally that you can reach out to.  I would also suggest that you search for some local meetup groups in your area and attend as many as you can when they open up again.
