Hey guys! I'm a newbie investor from Long Island, NY. Just wanted to introduce myself. My fiancé and I just bought our primary residency on Long Island and are looking to invest out of state using the BRRRR method in places like Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and where ever else makes sense for us. Hope to connect with a bunch of you guys soon!

    @Kenneth Vasquez

    Welcome! I'll second @Zeke Liston on Columbus. I think it's a great, growing market that hits a lot of the markers @Collin Placke mentioned, as well. A lot of job growth and industry diversity (I think that's key), as well as population growth.

    Whichever market you choose, Collin is definitely correct - building a solid team first, especially being OOS, is imperative.

    Good luck, and there are a lot of people here to answer any questions!
