Hi guys,
I am reading a lot on the forum and I can read it for days. So on a moment, I was thinking;
''What makes this forum so good?''
''What are you personal experiences with the forum?''
''Do you prefer the app version or the website version?''
Let me know guys!

I don't use the app version very often because it has limited use. For example, I can't tag other users in my posts with the app. So when I'm on a mobile device, I still go to the site with a browser. I prefer the full site on a computer with a full keyboard to type.
My personal experience? I love talking real estate and helping people. I've earned a few clients over the years, but not enough to justify all the time I spend on here. I'm really here to share my experience and try to help others. And I don't have many people in my area that share my enthusiasm about real estate investing so this is my circle.

Great question, @Sven Broekman . I prefer the website version because I can get the most out of it. I can tag others easier, and bounce from forum to forum much quicker.

Good questions:
''What makes this forum so good?'' Real estate is my version of veganism/cross fit and I can't shut up about it and most others on here are the same way. Also, 99.5% of the forum members are respectful, cool and helpful and aren't @ss-hats which makes for a good community.
''What are you personal experiences with the forum?'' I come and go - sometimes I'm so busy I am away for a week or two as far as post writing goes. I've met a few BPers (mostly randomly in public though I did meet the famous Dennis M. from Erie and he stopped by when I was doing work on one of my duplexes) and we chatted for quite a while.
''Do you prefer the app version or the website version?'' I prefer the website version myself. I don't like typing on cell phones as I have monster hands.
