New to BP (From Oxnard/Ventura County)

Hello everyone! My name is Jason I am from Oxnard, California. I have been a registered nurse for 5 years and recently found out about the wonders of investing in real estate. Currently I have a SFR here in Oxnard that I purchased back in March of 2020 (Kind of wish I had the knowledge I have now in investing prior to purchasing but it's all good!). So far, what interests me are purchasing multifamily units and renting them out and BRRRR! Looking to connect with anyone here in Ventura County and beyond!
