Hey everyone, my name is Kyle and I am 22 years old from Howard County Maryland. I received my B.S. from Towson University in Information Systems in 2020 right as the pandemic shut the country down. Fortunately, I received a job after college at Northrop Grumman where I currently work as a Systems Engineer. As a Systems Engineer, I am doing a lot of automation by writing computer scripts.

As far as real estate goes, I know very little and have zero experience with it. I started looking at real estate and finances really when the pandemic started. I was fascinated and soon became obsessed in understanding how you can make money from money. This obsession of mine led me to research financial freedom, and how to achieve it. I am learning as much as I can from reading, listening to podcasts, browsing YouTube, reading blog and forum posts, etc (I discovered BP by listening to Alex Felice on another podcast). I truly love learning new things, and I want to continue to learn new things as I continue down this journey.

Some goals I have for myself are:

1. Find a Mentor in the Real Estate Industry

2. Get my feet wet and purchase a property a year from today (3/29/2022).

3. Find & Attend real estate networking groups around my area to learn from people in the industry.

I am really excited about getting started in this community and I am looking forward to knowing some of you who are reading this! If you are in the Maryland / DMV area please reach out, I would love to talk to you!
