Connections and Investing in Chattanooga
My wife and I moved to Chattanooga last year to ramp up our REI in the area. Things are going great so far and now we are looking to make additional connections. Our main focus is buy and hold--we have rentals of various sorts (college students, STR, and traditional)--but I'm also looking for more flips to complete this year. Our rentals are spread across multiple zip codes...we are open to a variety of places.
