REI Learning Stage & Personal Update

Hi BP Forum!

I'm not technically a "new" member as I joined back in Feb 2021, but I'm still in the learning & building cash reserves stage. I'm in my last year of college and FINALLY found a way to use property management/real estate books in my academics. (Its more efficient hitting two birds with one stone!) The book is Fair Housing: A Guidebook For Owners. And Managers Of Apartments.

Although it's not a BP book, I thought I'd share.

My goal: House-hack a 2-3 property on Oʻahu (where I'm from).
