Hi @Anna De Luca, Welcome! I have investments in the Kern River Valley, about an hour to the east of Bakersfield. I find a lot of value in networking so I run a real estate investors networking group that meet in Bakersfield at Rusty's pizza on the corner of Ming and Ashe. We have over 1,000 members signed up to receive notifications, and our meeting usually have between 20 and 40 people in attendance, new and experienced alike. It is always free, we just ask that everyone orders food and drinks to support the venue. If you are interested, PM me and I can send a link to get notifications. I also try to post the meet up here on Bigger pockets but it manual so it is less consistent.
I also run an inspection company focused on Bakersfield, but we serve all of Kern County, so I work with a lot of Bakersfield agents and investors.
