Average rehab costs in fl

Any one in fl have a rough estimate to fully rehab a 4 bed 3 bath per room on average? Just the bedrooms really I have a pretty good idea of what the bathrooms and kitchen will cost just not the bedrooms. Thanks for the knowledge ahead of time!
