Hello,

As I'm in college, I use chat GPT daily, I was curious as to how everyone is utilizing AI for real estate. I'm sure the possibilities are endless it just depends on how creative you are.

We'll no longer have to interact with each other. And when the porn robots appear...

I use AI to write property descriptions, emails, letters, and responses to 5-star reviews. I also created pictures for blog posts and the book I'm writing, a list of blog topics, social media posts, marketing ideas and to strengthen my writing. Everything it produces needs to be tweaked, but it gives me fresh ideas.

It's a powerful tool, but its strength depends on the skill of the person wielding it. The moral decline of humanity indicates it will be used for more evil than good.
