Does anyone on here own or operate a sober living home? If you do, what has your experience been like? How do you keep your property occupied and how many hours a week do you dedicate to issues, maintenance and networking? Any help is appreciated

@Nick Zias I know several people that own multiple homes in MSP. You need to do it because you care and have the money be a secondary goal. Those people really need help and it’s not just a strategy to make extra cash. I’ve managed them in the past.
