80% LTV Commercial Lender

Hey Everyone,

I'm doing a BRRR right now on a 3-family property in the Boston area and I will be looking to refinance in the next few months. I want to get the financing lined up sooner than later, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a quality commercial lender that can offer 80% LTV?

I have already contacted some lenders and may have one lined up, but I would prefer to have several other options as well. Any referrals are definitely appreciated!
