IMHO it is very different... You can see the agreement I use which has section to check if buying Sub2 at this link. Link

Hey Michael! Your link no longer works. Do you have another link, or could you DM me your Sub2 agreement? Would love to see it. (Of course, I'll work with my attorney to review and draft to my own needs—but I'm the type who loves to see lots of examples while drafting!)

@Erica Swallow Did you ever find a MA sub 2 agreement?

Yes, that has been the case for a few months now.  Try Quorum FCU

Nice, Quorum website looks pretty good anyway. Says they offer up to 95%LTV for a heloc, also offer investment property helocs..

Just to keep this list updated, I tried PenFed today for a primary heloc, they advertise for 90LTV but told me they no longer offer that. Max 80% LTV.

Thanks!  Also just found out my lender doesn’t lend in Florida. Any recommendations for Bank or Mortgage Broker for a vacation home loan?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a house in one of the vacation communities in Kissimmee area.  400-700k range. Storey Lake, Windsor Hills, Reunion Resort etc..  I'm not sure where to start.  Having trouble figuring out projected rental income, PM fees etc..

Like the title says, I'm looking for any recommended property managers and realtors in the area familiar with these vacation rentals.  Thanks!

Who handles the bookings and turnovers at Storey Lake? Is it in house or can you use 3rd party.  What’s the average cost? Thx

I’m looking in Storey Lake now, are you able to cash flow?

I've called just about every bank in the area, everyone is doing 70LTV on the commercial side.  Anyone know of a bank that will do a 75LTV cashout refi?

I was told fannie mae allows up to 70LTV for a cashout refi on 2-4 Families, so a commercial mortgage seems to be the best route. I just haven't found a commercial lender willing to do it yet. Working on my #BRRRR!
