I forget which episode,  but there was a woman on the podcast a year or so ago that invested in old Salem multi families. You should look it up and give it a listen! It was a great episode. 

I drive by this house everyday on my way to work!  I worry about the fact that it was built before America was even America.   How is the foundation and heating system? Would it pass for a conventional loan? Just wondering how big of a rehab you think this would be.  Thanks!!!
