phoenix contractor recommendations?

I just bought my first flip, well first in the Phoenix area, and am looking for recommendations for carpentry, tiling, flooring, electrical and landscaping. None of the projects are huge but at least several days to a week each. Anyone have any good recommendations for people they've used who are fair, reliable and good quality? Thanks!

Just noticed your post!

I am finishing a tri plex here in Phoenix in about 3 weeks and doing another House and casita about 3 miles east of the tri plex and have just started.  As a General Contractor, we are busy but can pick and choose our jobs.

I do understand this business very well and I would like to have the chance to meet you and give you numbers on your next deal.
