Advice for Finding a buyer

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice. A member on this site and in my area (if you’re reading this you know who you are) offered me a deal to help me get some startup cash. I need to find a buyer before he lists it on all the sites. Does anyone have any methods of finding buyers that are looking for a house out in the country?

@Tanner Gregurich Bandit Signs. Write "Great Home in the Country, CHEAP, xxx.xxx.xxxx" Make sure to set up a free google voice number that will forward to your cell phone. Don't use your actual cell number.

Craigslist. Just post something quick and short about the home and where it is.

Tell everyone you know that you have a house. Facebook. Church. Grocery Store. At the Park. 

Just be careful to not cross the line into representation. Then you will be facing an injunction from the state real estate commission.
