Hey everyone, I’m new to the real estate game and I’m trying to learn as much as I can. One question I have is regarding real estate licenses. Can someone simply explain what you can do with a license and what can be done without it AND if it’s worth it to go out and get it. Thank for anyone who answers.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice. A member on this site and in my area (if you’re reading this you know who you are) offered me a deal to help me get some startup cash. I need to find a buyer before he lists it on all the sites. Does anyone have any methods of finding buyers that are looking for a house out in the country?

Just wanted to say hello to everyone on BP and if anyone knows of any good investors in the Des Moines area I’m open to all the suggestions. Also if there’s a particular method on finding a good investor that would be helpful too. Excited to get this ball rollin.
