So I am a 30% disabled vet who has yet to use the VA home Loan program. I am aware of the many benefits that the VA loan offers. My question is would you recommend buying a househack zero down and keeping the 30k you have set aside for a 2nd Investment property down the road? Thanks for your time!

@Orlo Daniel Bartholomew the VA loan is an incredible loan product, and the VA House Hack is even better.

You may benefit from putting alittle down to buy down the interest rate, but it usually isn't a great ROI. I'm a fan of using 0% down and holding the rest as cash reserves and savings toward your next investment personally.
