This newbie is so lost! I can’t seem to find that first golden goose property. W2 mindset is creeping back in! Analyses paralyses is lurking right behind.
I need an accountability partner and a mentor……any ideas guys?
I must get my first commercial property before Fall. I just need a go-to person momentarily….

Thanks, coachable newbie

Maybe your problem is that you have unrealistic expectations.

What did investors do in 1950? 1970? 1990?

Make money, save money, buy a house in a neighborhood they believed in, manage it well, and hold it forever. They didn't have access to BiggerPockets where they could learn how to calculate cash-on-cash, ROI, ROE, or print reports with colorful charts and graphs.

Earn money. Save money. Find a neighborhood you believe in. Find a house you like. Buy it. Hold it forever.

    It's that simple.

P.S. Every property is a viable investment opportunity for the right price. All you have to know is how to buy something at the right price so that it pays for itself.
