First Purchase in Bloomington, IN. Need help remodeling
Hi Guys!
My partner and I are completing our first purchase of a quadruplex in Bloomington Indiana. The place is a dump with very low quality tenants. Our goal is the standard BRRRR model as found on bigger pockets. We are closing on the property next week and would like to start remodeling immediately. Does anybody have any suggestions for quality contractors or places to find materials in the Indianapolis/Bloomington area?
