I really like Irvington.

@David Edri as you've probably heard, Indianapolis can vary neighborhood to neighborhood and block to block. There are a lot of areas under $100K but I wouldn't recommend going much below $80K for a 3Br which puts you in what I consider a C class neighborhood. I like a lot of Lawrence and Warren townships for that price but again, you need to be careful because it varies a lot. I also like the Devington area north of highway 70 and Eagledale on the west side. Feel free to reach out if you'd like some help and insight.
