Hey all,

I'm sure I have introduced myself and/or chatted with a lot of you who will see this, but for those I haven't had the pleasure with yet I wanted to introduce myself.

I am a local here in Indy and own a construction management company. I regularly work with investors in several facets. I can take pictures of a property prior to purchase, provide a scope of work, and (if we get the work to rehab the property) manage the contractor and subcontractors that are working on the property from start to finish while providing weekly updates.

Even if you are not interested in any of the above, I am more than happy to help on anything you may have questions in regards to Indianapolis real estate. I have lived here my whole life and have 8 years of construction experience so I should be able to help in one way or another.

I have never done a project with @Aaron Manship but I can vouch for his willingness to take time to answer my phone calls and answer any questions regarding an area or a rehab estimate ect.  If your like me and want hands off work done and don't want to be picking out tile paint or cabinets ect he is willing to do it all.  I wouldn't hesitate to have him rehab a place.
