Cost for New Sewer and Water Line

Lisa Grey
Posted

Any idea of what it should cost for a new construction home to have water and sewer ran from city main to home?  Need a contractor.  Quotes so far are very high.

@Lisa Grey

It is a 20’ run or 300’ run

Is there rock, what is soil type?

Depending on where you are this could run anywhere from $100-$250/LF

For water we ran a flexible copper line to our house and had pvc waste.

Material was super expensive but labor was cheap because of the material is easy to use.

Waste is a pain because of pitch and proper installation
