Virtual Staging - Thoughts?
Hi All! I have a property I'm flipping in Santa Ana and putting on the market in the next couple weeks. Listing for about $1.2M.
Thinking about utilizing virtual staging rather than traditional staging, especially because we are in a sellers market. What are your thoughts?
And if you think virtual is a good idea and have experience please share what platform you suggest. Thank you!
