Outdoor landscaping: Keep or Redo?
We are flipping a home right now we bought out of an estate. The old owner had some nice flower beds and things but definitely overgrown now. For resale value - is it better to rip this all out and just do mulch and some basic plants or try to make the landscaping nice again? We are talking a little garden pond, little path either a seating area, outdoor vegetable garden, and a ton of stuff around the house. You can tell it was her passion and hobby.

Post some pictures. A good garden is fantastic value on a house and it may not take much to get it back into shape. Don't start smashing anything until you get some feedback. Most people who don't want a brand-new house don't want a brand-new landscaping either where the house looks like it landed in the field like the Wizard of Oz.
