HVAC - Install new A/C or Heat pump
I have a flip that does not have a working A/C unit. I have tight margins so I'm wondering if I should just do a regular A/C replacement or replace it with a heat pump to create a great selling point and maybe even increase my margins slightly?
Thank you for the help and advice!!

@Aaron Van Curen If your not using if for heat, your wasting you money. A heat pump is basically an AC condenser that can run backwards during the winter, producing heat inside. During cooling, its the same think as a standard AC condensor (but has the ability to run backwards as a heat pump).
As others have pointed out, below 45 degrees outside temp, they do not work and the system has to change over to emergency or backup electric heat. Since your furnace is in good order, save the money and get a standard AC condenser unit.
