Best Deadbolts, Door Locks for Landlord Efficiency

Just wondering what people use for deadbolts, doorlocks, etc..  Any products offer efficient turnover?  I am leaning towards Kwikset Smartkey?  Any advice?

Check out Landlord Locks. This is a system used by professional property managers. It enables you to change locks yourself in about 30 seconds. I personally know property managers with hundreds and even thousands of units and they use this system successfully.

Every lock is tied to your master key so you never have to worry about having the right key with you.

Buy the number of key sets based on the number of properties and then rotate them. If you have ten units, buy five key sets (1 - 5). House number one is on Key #1. When they move out, switch them to Key #2. 

I am switching to this system in the fall. With 300 units, I will use 20 different key sets. This means about 15 of my rentals will be on the same key but only those in my office will know which key belongs to which property.
