Need help with exterior paint colors

We are remodeling this home prepping for a rental/flip. My first thought is to repaint the whole thing. But this green paint is actually in good condition. so I thought about maybe just changing the color of that accent green/yellow to something else?

Landscaping will be done. The roof is getting redone in black/grayish shingles. Thanks for the tips :)

I would not paint anything except the front door. Pick a color that will draw your attention to the homes entrance. Also power wash the foundation.  Fixing the sidewalks is also something that will dress it up.
